Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms are cozy and offer stunning views from the terrace, and the double bed was super comfy. The service, especially at the reception desk, was friendly and accommodating, although there were areas where improvement is needed. The location is perfect, being extremely close to both the ski slopes and the beautiful Bohinj National Park. Dining options were diverse, but unfortunately, not included in our rate. The facilities were modern and added to the convenience of our stay.
The hotel offers breathtaking views from rooms with both double and king's size beds. The breakfast provided adds an extra touch to the stay, although there are some improvements needed in the hospitality learning process at the reception desk. The location near Bohinj lake and the magnificent mountain of Triglav enhances the overall experience.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a magnificent view of the mountains from my room. The service was warm and friendly, although improvements could be made in terms of hospitality knowledge. The location was ideal, close to the Bohinj lake and convenient for exploring the area. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the marmalade was a delightful touch.
